These Terms of Service govern your use of the ResellDraft mobile application. By using ResellDraft, you agree to these Terms.
1. About ResellDraft
ResellDraft is an AI-assisted tool that analyzes product photos and generates draft listing content for resale marketplaces.
ResellDraft may generate titles, descriptions, item details, and other marketplace-specific listing content for platforms such as eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, and Facebook Marketplace.
ResellDraft is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these marketplaces.
2. AI-Generated Content
ResellDraft uses artificial intelligence to generate listing content from product photos.
AI-generated content may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect.
You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing or using it on any marketplace.
You must verify important information such as brand, size, condition, authenticity, materials, defects, measurements, and other product details before publishing a listing.
ResellDraft does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
• Upload only content that you have the right to use.
• Review generated listings before publishing them.
• Provide accurate information when selling products.
• Follow the rules, policies, and applicable laws of any marketplace you use.
• Not use ResellDraft for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, harmful, or prohibited activities.
• Not attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, abuse, overload, or compromise the application or its services.
4. Marketplace Use
ResellDraft generates draft content intended to assist users with resale listings.
Marketplace rules, listing requirements, prohibited-item policies, character limits, and other requirements may change over time.
You are responsible for ensuring that your final listing complies with the rules of the marketplace where you publish it.
ResellDraft is not responsible for listing removal, account restrictions, suspensions, lost sales, marketplace penalties, or other actions taken by third-party marketplaces.
5. Accounts
Some ResellDraft features may require a user account.
You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for activity performed through it.
You may delete your ResellDraft account through the Settings section of the application.
6. Free and Paid Features
ResellDraft may offer free and paid features with different usage limits.
Available features, generation limits, prices, and subscription options may change in the future.
Any material changes affecting an active paid subscription will be handled in accordance with applicable platform and consumer requirements.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid subscriptions may be processed through Google Play Billing.
Subscription prices, billing periods, renewals, cancellations, and payment processing are handled through Google Play.
Unless cancelled, subscriptions may automatically renew according to the terms shown during purchase.
Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through their Google Play account.
Deleting your ResellDraft account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription.
Refund eligibility and payment disputes are subject to Google Play policies and applicable law.
8. Listing History and Data
ResellDraft may store generated listing information so users can access previously generated listings.
Listing-history limits and retention rules may change as the service evolves.
Account and stored listing data may be deleted when a user deletes their ResellDraft account, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory retention requirements.
9. Intellectual Property
ResellDraft, including its branding, interface, software, design, and original service materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users retain responsibility for the product photos and other content they submit.
Your use of ResellDraft does not grant ownership of ResellDraft's software, branding, or technology.
10. Service Availability
We aim to keep ResellDraft available and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, third-party service outages, API limitations, or other circumstances.
Features may be modified, added, removed, or improved over time.
11. Disclaimer
ResellDraft is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.
To the extent permitted by law, ResellDraft makes no guarantee regarding sales performance, marketplace ranking, search visibility, revenue, listing approval, or the accuracy of AI-generated content.
ResellDraft does not provide legal, financial, tax, authentication, or professional resale advice.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ResellDraft will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses resulting from use of the service, AI-generated content, marketplace actions, third-party services, or service interruptions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Suspension or Termination
We may restrict or terminate access to ResellDraft where reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security threats, illegal activity, serious violations of these Terms, or risks to the service or other users.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as ResellDraft, its features, third-party services, or applicable requirements change.
