These Terms of Service govern your use of the ResellDraft mobile application and related services. By accessing or using ResellDraft, you agree to these Terms.
1. About ResellDraft
ResellDraft is an AI-assisted tool that analyzes product photos and generates draft listing content for resale marketplaces.
ResellDraft may generate product names, titles, descriptions, item details, and other marketplace-specific listing content for platforms such as eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, and Facebook Marketplace.
ResellDraft does not directly publish listings to these marketplaces on behalf of users. Users review, copy, and choose whether to publish generated content themselves.
5. Accounts and Authentication
Some ResellDraft features require a user account.
Users may be able to create or access a ResellDraft account using:
Email and password
Google Sign-In
When Google Sign-In is used, authentication is provided through Google services.
You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for activity performed through it.
You must provide accurate information when creating or using an account.
You may delete your ResellDraft account directly from the Settings section of the application.
You may also request account and associated data deletion through ResellDraft's dedicated Account Deletion page on the ResellDraft website.
Deleting your ResellDraft account does not delete your Google account and does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription.

6. Free and Paid Features
ResellDraft may provide both free and paid features.
Free users may receive a limited number of listing generations that renew periodically.
Paid subscribers may receive higher listing-generation allowances and access to additional features.
Free and paid users may have different:
Listing-generation limits
Listing-history access
Search access
Usage allowances
Subscription features
Other service limits
Current limits and subscription options are displayed within the application or through Google Play.
ResellDraft may modify features, limits, or available plans in the future.
Changes affecting an existing paid subscription will be handled in accordance with applicable law and Google Play requirements.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid ResellDraft subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing.
Google Play handles subscription payments and payment information.
ResellDraft does not receive or store users' full payment card details.
Subscription pricing, billing periods, automatic renewals, payment processing, and available payment methods are presented through Google Play at the time of purchase.
Unless cancelled, subscriptions may automatically renew according to the terms displayed during purchase.
Users may manage or cancel their subscription through their Google Play account.
Cancelling a subscription generally does not immediately remove access to paid features. Paid access may continue until the end of the applicable billing period.
Deleting your ResellDraft account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. Users must separately manage or cancel their subscription through Google Play.
Refund requests, payment disputes, and refund eligibility are subject to Google Play policies and applicable law.
8. Usage Limits
ResellDraft may apply usage limits to listing generation or other features.
Free users may receive a limited number of listing generations that renew periodically.
Paid subscription plans may provide higher usage allowances.
Usage allowances may reset periodically depending on the applicable plan.
Unused usage allowances do not necessarily carry over into future periods unless explicitly stated otherwise.
ResellDraft may reasonably adjust usage limits in the future as the service evolves.
If a user's subscription status changes, applicable limits and feature access may also change.
9. Listing History and Stored Data
ResellDraft may store generated listing information so eligible users can access previously generated listings.
Availability of listing history and search features may depend on the user's subscription status.
Listing-history features, limits, and retention practices may change as ResellDraft evolves.
When a user deletes their account, associated stored listing data will be deleted in accordance with the ResellDraft Privacy Policy, except where certain information must be retained for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or regulatory purposes.
10. Product Photos
Product photos submitted to ResellDraft may be temporarily uploaded and processed to generate listing content.
Uploaded source photos are not intended to form part of permanent listing history.
ResellDraft may delete uploaded source photos after successful listing generation as described in the Privacy Policy.
If processing fails, photos may temporarily remain available to support retry functionality.
You remain responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload and process any images submitted to ResellDraft.
11. Intellectual Property
ResellDraft's branding, application interface, software, design, logos, original content, and service materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users retain their rights in product photos and other original content they submit.
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, users may use AI-generated listing content produced for them through ResellDraft for their own resale listings.
Use of ResellDraft does not grant users ownership of ResellDraft's software, technology, branding, or other proprietary materials.
12. Third-Party Services
ResellDraft relies on third-party services that may include:
Bubble
Google Sign-In / Google Identity Services
Google Gemini / Google AI
Google Play
Google Play Billing
Third-party resale marketplaces
Availability or operation of these third-party services may affect ResellDraft.
ResellDraft does not control the policies, availability, security, or operation of third-party platforms and services.
Use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
13. Service Availability
We aim to keep ResellDraft available and reliable, but continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
ResellDraft may occasionally be unavailable because of:
Maintenance
Technical issues
Internet or hosting problems
AI service outages
Authentication-service issues
Third-party service failures
API limitations
Platform changes
Security issues
Other circumstances outside our reasonable control
Features may be modified, improved, added, restricted, or removed as the service evolves.
14. Disclaimer
ResellDraft is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ResellDraft does not guarantee:
Sales or revenue
Marketplace ranking
Search visibility
Listing approval
Increased conversion rates
Marketplace acceptance
Accuracy of AI-generated content
Availability of any particular marketplace feature
Continuous availability of third-party authentication or payment services
ResellDraft does not provide legal, financial, tax, authentication, valuation, or professional resale advice.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ResellDraft will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses resulting from:
Use or inability to use ResellDraft
AI-generated content
Incorrect generated information
Marketplace actions
User-published listings
Third-party services
Authentication-service failures
Service interruptions
Loss of marketplace access
Lost sales or revenue
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes rights, remedies, warranties, or liabilities that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
16. Suspension or Termination
ResellDraft may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address:
Fraud
Abuse
Security threats
Illegal activity
Serious violations of these Terms
Attempts to exploit or disrupt the service
Risks to ResellDraft or other users
Users may stop using ResellDraft at any time and may delete their account using the available account-deletion options.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as ResellDraft, its features, authentication methods, subscription offerings, third-party services, business practices, or applicable legal requirements change.
The latest version will be made available through the ResellDraft website or application.
The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.
