ResellDraft respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, processed, stored, shared, and deleted when you use the ResellDraft mobile application.
1. Information We Process
ResellDraft may process the following information:
Account information, such as your email address and internal user identifier.
If you choose to sign in with Google, information provided through Google authentication that is necessary to create or access your ResellDraft account, such as your email address and Google account identifier.
Product photos that you upload or capture for generating marketplace listings.
AI-generated listing content, including product names, titles, descriptions, item details, and other generated marketplace content.
Subscription and purchase information provided through Google Play, such as subscription status, selected plan, purchase identifiers, renewal information, expiration information, and related transaction status.
ResellDraft does not collect or store your full payment card details.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
Analyze product photos and generate resale listing content.
Generate marketplace-specific content for supported resale platforms.
Store and display previously generated listings where applicable.
Create, authenticate, and manage user accounts.
Support email/password authentication and Google Sign-In.
Manage subscription access and listing-generation limits.
Provide, maintain, secure, and operate ResellDraft.
Detect and prevent misuse, fraud, abuse, or technical issues.
3. Google Sign-In
ResellDraft may allow users to create or access an account using Google Sign-In.
When Google Sign-In is used, Google may provide ResellDraft with information necessary to authenticate the user, such as the user's email address and a Google account identifier.
ResellDraft uses this information only to create, identify, authenticate, and maintain the user's ResellDraft account.
ResellDraft does not use Google Sign-In information for advertising and does not sell information received through Google authentication.
Google processes authentication information according to Google's own privacy policies and terms.
4. AI Processing
Product photos submitted to ResellDraft may be processed using Google Gemini / Google AI services to provide AI-powered listing generation.
The AI may analyze visible product characteristics and generate information such as product names, titles, descriptions, item details, colors, condition information, and other marketplace-specific listing content.
Product photos are processed only for the purpose of providing the requested listing-generation functionality.
ResellDraft does not sell submitted product photos or use them for advertising.
AI-generated content may contain errors. Users are responsible for reviewing generated listings before publishing or using them on third-party marketplaces.
5. Product Photos and Storage
Product photos may be temporarily uploaded and processed as part of the listing-generation process.
After a listing is successfully generated, uploaded source product photos are deleted from ResellDraft storage as part of the application workflow.
If listing generation fails, submitted photos may remain temporarily available so the user can retry the generation process without immediately uploading the photos again.
ResellDraft does not intentionally store source product photos as part of a user's saved listing history.
6. Generated Listing Data
Generated listing information may be stored using Bubble infrastructure so users can access previously generated listings where this feature is available.
Stored listing information may include generated titles, descriptions, item details, brand information, size, color, condition, product type, and marketplace-specific listing content.
ResellDraft aims to retain only information reasonably necessary to provide and maintain the service.
7. Free and Paid Usage Limits
ResellDraft may provide free and paid listing-generation allowances.
Free users may receive a limited number of listing generations that renew periodically.
Paid subscribers may receive higher listing-generation limits depending on the applicable subscription plan.
Usage limits may be managed through the user's ResellDraft account and may change when a subscription is activated, renewed, paused, resumed, canceled, expires, or otherwise changes status.
Specific limits and subscription benefits are shown within the application and may be updated from time to time.
8. Subscriptions and Payments
ResellDraft may offer paid subscription features through Google Play Billing.
Google Play processes subscription payments and billing information.
ResellDraft may receive information from Google Play necessary to determine subscription access, including:
Subscription status
Selected subscription plan
Purchase identifiers
Renewal information
Expiration information
Related transaction status
ResellDraft does not receive or store users' full payment card details.
Users can manage or cancel Google Play subscriptions through their Google Play account.
Canceling a subscription does not necessarily end access immediately. Subscription access may remain available until the end of the applicable paid billing period.
Deleting a ResellDraft account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription.
9. Third-Party Services
ResellDraft may use third-party service providers including:
Bubble — application infrastructure, backend services, authentication, workflows, and data storage.
Google Sign-In / Google Identity Services — Google account authentication.
Google Gemini / Google AI — AI-based product image analysis and listing generation.
Google Play and Google Play Billing — subscription, purchase, billing, and subscription-status management.
These third-party providers may process information according to their own privacy policies, terms, and data-processing practices.
10. Data Sharing
ResellDraft does not sell users' personal information.
Information may be shared with service providers only when reasonably necessary to:
Operate the application.
Provide requested functionality.
Authenticate users.
Process AI generation requests.
Maintain user accounts.
Process and manage subscriptions.
Provide backend infrastructure and data storage.
Maintain security and prevent abuse or fraud.
Comply with applicable legal obligations.
ResellDraft does not use users' personal information for third-party advertising.
11. Data Retention
Account information and generated listing data may be retained while a user's account remains active and as reasonably necessary to provide the service.
Product photos are handled as described in Section 5 and are not intended to remain permanently stored as part of listing history.
Authentication-related identifiers may be retained while necessary to maintain and identify the user's account.
Certain information may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or regulatory obligations.
12. Account and Data Deletion
Users can delete their ResellDraft account directly from the Settings section of the mobile application.
Users can also request deletion of their ResellDraft account and associated data through ResellDraft's dedicated Account Deletion page on the ResellDraft website.
When an account is deleted, ResellDraft will delete the user's account and associated stored listing data, except where certain information must be retained for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or regulatory purposes.
Deleting a ResellDraft account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription.
Google Play subscriptions must be managed or canceled separately through the user's Google Play account.
Deleting a ResellDraft account does not delete the user's Google account.
13. Security
ResellDraft uses reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information processed through the service.
Access to user-specific stored data is restricted so users can access their own account and associated listing information through the application.
However, no electronic storage, processing, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
14. Children
ResellDraft is not intended for children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If we become aware that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected in violation of applicable requirements, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
15. Third-Party Marketplaces
ResellDraft generates content that users may choose to use on third-party marketplaces such as eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, or Facebook Marketplace.
ResellDraft does not directly publish listings to these marketplaces on behalf of users.
ResellDraft is not responsible for the privacy practices, policies, content, rules, or services of those third-party marketplaces.
Users should review the privacy policies and terms of any marketplace or service they choose to use.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when ResellDraft, its features, third-party services, business practices, or applicable legal requirements change.
The latest version of this Privacy Policy will be made available through the ResellDraft website or application.
The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the Privacy Policy was most recently revised.
