ResellDraft respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, processed, stored, shared, and deleted when you use the ResellDraft mobile application.
1. Information We Process
ResellDraft may process the following information:
• Product photos that you upload or capture for generating marketplace listings.
• AI-generated listing content, including product names, titles, descriptions, item details, and other generated marketplace content.
• Account information, such as your email address and Google account information, if you sign in with Google.
• Subscription and purchase status provided through Google Play.
• Basic technical and app usage information necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the application.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
• Analyze product photos and generate resale listing content.
• Generate marketplace-specific content for supported resale platforms.
• Store and display previously generated listings.
• Manage user accounts and authentication.
• Manage subscription features and listing-generation limits.
• Maintain the security, reliability, and functionality of ResellDraft.
3. AI Processing
Product photos submitted to ResellDraft for listing generation may be processed using Google Gemini / Google AI services.
The AI analyzes submitted product images and generates listing information such as product names, titles, descriptions, and item details.
Product photos are processed for the purpose of providing the requested listing-generation functionality. ResellDraft does not sell submitted product photos or use them for advertising.
4. Data Storage
Generated listing information may be stored using Bubble infrastructure so users can access their previously generated listings.
Product images may be temporarily uploaded and processed as part of the listing-generation process.
ResellDraft aims to retain only information reasonably necessary to provide and maintain the service.
5. Third-Party Services
ResellDraft may use third-party services including:
• Bubble for application infrastructure, backend services, and data storage.
• Google Gemini / Google AI for product image analysis and AI-generated listing content.
• Google Sign-In for account authentication.
• Google Play and Google Play Billing for subscription and purchase management.
These service providers may process information in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms.
6. Data Sharing
ResellDraft does not sell users' personal information.
Information may be shared with third-party service providers only when reasonably necessary to:
• Operate the application.
• Provide requested features.
• Process AI requests.
• Authenticate users.
• Process and manage subscriptions.
• Maintain security and prevent abuse.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.
7. Data Retention and Account Deletion
Users can delete their ResellDraft account from the Settings section of the mobile application.
When an account is deleted, ResellDraft will delete the user's account and associated stored listing data, except for information that may need to be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or regulatory purposes.
Users may also request deletion of their ResellDraft account and associated data using the account deletion page provided through the ResellDraft Google Play listing.
Deleting a ResellDraft account does not necessarily cancel an active Google Play subscription. Google Play subscriptions must be managed through the user's Google Play account.
8. Children
ResellDraft is not intended for children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Security
ResellDraft uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed through the application.
However, no method of electronic storage, processing, or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when ResellDraft, its features, third-party services, or applicable legal requirements change.
